The New England Regional IDPA Championship (NER) has been hosted annually by the New England Regional IDPA at Harvard Sportsmen's Club since 2009. Nationally ranked competitors recognize this regional event as one of the best matches of the year. This Tier IV sanctioned match also attracts large numbers of new participants to the action shooting sports.
The seasoned, well-trained staff delivers quality experience to participants of all skill levels. Their expertise ensures that both newcomers and experienced shooters feel welcomed and supported throughout the event.
However, the true legacy of NER lies in its stage designs. The New England Regional IDPA at Harvard Sportsmen's Club strives to offer exciting, fun stages that are accessible to Marksmen while at the same time providing opportunities for Masters to excel. The organizers are careful to avoid the all-too-familiar extremes of boring simplicity and frustratingly impossible challenges.
A typical NER stage can be navigated in many different ways, challenging competitors to find the approach that best suits their individual skill level and abilities. What sets NER apart from other events is the wide array of innovative props, movers, and electronics that are incorporated into the stages. This emphasis on creativity and technology truly establishes NER as a premier, world-class event.
